  • Ernie Norton was born in Noatak and raised in Kotzebue since age four. He is married to Mary Norton and has four children, and three adopted children. He has been a volunteer for KOTZ for over 40 years. You can hear him on from 6am until 11:30 on Sundays, for his program "Sunday Morning Music," which includes mostly Gospel music recorded in the region.
  • Lance Kramer is a Husband to Corina, a father to three girls and two boys, a pastor for Changepoint Kotzebue, and a board of director for NANA Regional Corportation. Lance's favorite thing to do is hunting, fishing, trapping, and teaching others beside his family how to carry on those traditions. Lance and Corina's mission is for youth to live the best life possible. They do this by hosting youth camps, speaking at events, couching youth Olympics, and announcing basketball games for KOTZ.

  • Brad Reeve has a long history with Kotzebue Broadcasting Inc. (KBI). He first started working at the radio station in 1974 when the station was located in the basement of the school. He became the General Manager/CEO of Kotzebue Electric Association in 1988 until he retired. In 2017 the board of KBI asked him to return the station which was having financial and management issues. He returned as the General Manager/CEO where he spent 4 years rebuilding the finances and much of the station’s infrastructure. He currently serves on the stations Board of Directors.
